3:15 All students should be on their way home. No student should be at school unless attending the Y.M.C.A. Fun Co. extended care program.
Students who plan to go anywhere after school other than their regular destination must bring a note from a parent. For the safety of all children, we will NOT accept transportation changes from a student. Changes in plans must be in writing from the parent. If a student is going to be visiting another Tusculum student, we need to have a note from both sets of parents giving permission. Students are not to make such arrangements of this nature after they come to school.
LOCATION SHEET/CUSTODY INFORMATION (This is a must have)
The school office must have the correct name, address, and phone number for every student enrolled and also for each student’s parent/guardian. If a parent moves or changes work phone numbers, etc., the school must have access to this information, for contact, in case of an emergency or illness. Make sure that you give your complete address, including zip code. If you have an unlisted telephone number, write “unlisted” by it. If any of the information given on the sheet changes during the year, please contact the school office.
It is most important that you give complete instructions relative to the releasing of your child and numbers to call in case of an emergency. We do not give out phone numbers or information on children enrolled in our school. If there are custody matters regarding children, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide legal papers for the school office. We will not release your child to anyone who is not on the emergency form, unless we receive a note from you.
EXCEPTION: We furnish our Parent Organization (PTO) with a list of the students’ names to be used for school related activities such as parties, membership drive, etc. If you object to this, please notify the principal in writing.
